About Adeline Property Group
We started Adeline Property Group because property owners should get the same care and openness from a managing agent that they expect from their accountant or solicitor. That shapes how we set our fees and how we talk to residents and directors.
The group has two divisions. The management division provides residential block management to resident management companies, right to manage companies, freeholders and developers across London, the South East and the South Coast, and manages commercial and mixed-use buildings alongside. The development division acquires, refurbishes and refinances residential property and retains it within the group.
Every building we manage has a dedicated property manager, and every client has a direct line to the people who run the business. We intend to grow at a pace that keeps it that way.
We are registered with The Property Ombudsman and we follow the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code (4th edition, effective 7 April 2026). Client funds are held in accordance with our Client Money Protection scheme, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Every block we manage has its own client account, held in trust and separate from our business accounts. Fees are agreed in writing before we start, and every invoice is available to the board.
